Classes

Class Timetable

Classes may change depending on the time of year, so it is best to check with the gym or the facebook change for any additions or changes.

Step

BEST STEP (WED 6.15pm at the Childers State School undercover area)
 

This is a fun, choreographed cardio routine set to music using the adjustable steps. The class lasts for around an hour, and caters for beginners to advanced level in the same class.

Pump Mix

BEST PUMP MIX (THUR 6.15pm at the Childers State School undercover area)
 

This is a combination of weight resistance and cardio exercises using the steps and bars/weight. The routine is choreographed to music, and caters for all fitness levels in the same class.

HIIT

HIIT (FRID 4:30pm at the Childers State School undercover area)
 

If you want to 'up the pace' a little, then this class is for you. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) uses mainly body weight movements to get the heart racing. It can be very fast and furious, but you can also work at your own pace until you build up your fitness levels.

Boot Camp

PETE's BOOTCAMP (TUES 5.30pm at the Childers Show Ground)
 

Our Bootcamp (or funcamp as it is affectionately known), involves a combination of outdoor activities that might include flipping tyres, pulling ropes, throwing balls, running, squats, push ups..... the list is endless. Come on down and give it a go - we cater for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.

Circuit

PETE'S CIRCUIT (TUES 10am at the Gym)


The circuits are a combination of machines. weights, balls and body weight exercise stations. You complete one station for a specific time, then move on to the next. When you have completed the circuit you have a rest, and then do it all again. There are variations of each exercise to cater for the different fitness levels. All you have to do is come along and enjoy yourself.

Light n Easy

LIGHT and EASY CLASS (DATES TBA)

Light n Easy is a great option for beginners and older members of the Gym. Times and dates are TBA.

 

All classes have great music (except for Bootcamp, but if you ask nicely, Pete will sing for you)!!

The classes are all great fun, in a friendly, supportive atmosphere with fully trained and certified instructors, who are there to help you enjoy the experience.

Try one class, or try them all.... we offer MULTIPLE CLASS CARDS that you can purchase in advance, or you can pay $10 each visit ($2 if you are a gym member).
